To get the ball rolling we need some information about you, your vehicle and your property.

We then offer you a selection of our high quality smart chargers for you to choose from, all the unique features are laid out for you to see and so choosing is a breeze.

You are then able to choose a preferred date of installation for you new charger so that you don’t have to fit in with us.

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the booking and run through the specifics.

On the day you will receive a text message before the engineer leaves giving you an estimated time of arrival. Once on site the engineer will run through everything including cable route and charger location to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

The engineer will carry out the installation in a safe, professional and tidy manner before testing to make sure everything is working correctly and is safe.

The charger will then be connected to the internet via your phone or tablet and the engineer will give you a full demonstration on how to use the app so you can get the most out of your charger.

All relevant paperwork including the chargers instruction manual and electrical installation certificate will be given to you at this point.

Once all the work has been completed to your satisfaction and relevant documents been handed over we will then take card payment on site.

We are then on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding your new charger, we also recommend having your charger regularly maintained which we can carry out for you.
